The Haaner Wildschmiede originated from Carsten Hoff 's many years as a hunter and gamekeeper. As his experience grew, he developed the desire to set up his own distribution business to sell game meat from sustainable hunting directly to customers.
The game on offer comes mainly from the company's own and surrounding hunting grounds and is also sourced from the forestry office. Game from other hunting grounds is only accepted after personal inspection; only carefully hunted individual pieces are purchased. The animals live in the wild and do not require the use of medication.
The game meat is processed according to individual customer requirements and offered in standard household quantities. The range includes regional products such as roe deer, red deer and wild boar, prepared ready to cook, vacuum-packed and partly available as frozen goods.
