Sometimes it is difficult to cope with external circumstances. Resilience is your mental resilience. It helps you to cushion setbacks and shape your life actively and calmly. Even resilient people fall down sometimes, the difference between them and others is that they have the strength and tools to get up again and again. As a resilient person, you are mentally stable and you are able to deal with crises creatively and not just reactively. In this workshop, you will learn about the pillars of resilience. You will learn how to increase your calmness and composure and, using everyday examples, you will be given exactly the tools that you can incorporate directly into your life. This will enable you to better protect yourself from stress and increase your positive attitude towards life.
