Nordic walking is an attractive activity in the fresh air! The focus of the course is on learning the technique and self-control of exertion. Additional exercises and short discussion phases are used to actively engage with the concept of health and improve general well-being. The course is particularly suitable for people who want to get active again, who are looking for exercise and a balance to everyday life. Nordic walking is a good endurance and full-body workout with many positive effects:
- relieves strain on the knee, foot and hip joints
- strengthens the entire musculature
- improves endurance and cardiovascular performance
- relieves muscle tension in the shoulder and neck area
- ideal for people with back and joint problems
Notes: no acute patients! Meet in weather-appropriate running clothes. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the event may be cancelled at very short notice. Therefore, please provide a current cell phone number. Course starts from 6 registrations.
