This course shows that homemade doesn't always have to be complicated, but is often surprisingly easy and quick to make with just a few ingredients and there are even many inspiring recipes for it. Typical convenience products such as plant-based milk, muesli, potato chips or bread often not only taste better when homemade, but are also usually much healthier as they are free from unnecessary sugar or additives. Whether for breakfast, a healthy evening meal or a small snack in between meals - the preparation of these dishes is tried out together: Plant milk, muesli granola, roasted almonds, nut bread without flour and various dips. The individual recipes may vary depending on the season.
Notes: A food contribution is to be paid in cash to the course leader on site. The amount of the food contribution depends on the seasonal recipes and was not yet fixed at the time of printing.
