Stress, hectic pace, excessive demands and a constant carousel of thoughts put a strain on the body and nervous system. The course is aimed at people who want to learn how to get out of stress mode and find deep, effective relaxation again.
The focus is on regulating the autonomic nervous system, activating the parasympathetic nervous system and harmonizing the vagus nerve. Relaxation is combined with gentle yoga elements, breathing and vagus exercises, impulses from nutritional science, helpful plants from ethnomedicine as well as mental strategies for dealing with stress and thought circles round off the concept. the aim is to get to know tools suitable for everyday use to promote inner peace, stability and relaxation in the long term.
