Time out in the Arnsberg Forest
Relaxation and mindfulness are two terms that are becoming increasingly important in our turbulent world.
"Shinrin Yoku", translated from Japanese as "forest bathing", is a scientifically researched method for stress reduction and health care. Forest bathing describes an immersion with all the senses in the feel-good atmosphere of the forest. It involves relaxed walking and pausing to take in nature with all your senses.
The walk starts in the parking lot at the gatehouse. In addition to the peaceful walk, the mindfulness exercises are designed to help you find inner peace and serenity.
