The focus is on non-religious Zen as taught by the worldwide lay Zen movement Sanbôzen. It explains how zazen (sitting meditation) can help to reduce stress, promote physical and mental health, experience new levels of consciousness, find oneself and clarify existential questions. Short practical exercises and a subsequent discussion round off the lecture.
