Doing something for your own health while walking - that is the aim of this special health hike. On the way, we practise joint-friendly walking, strengthen muscles and fasciae and promote mobility in the knees, hips and back. With simple yoga and breathing exercises, we train body awareness and support an upright, relaxed posture. This combination of movement, breathing and experiencing nature helps to prevent complaints, strengthen the cardiovascular system and increase well-being. Every step becomes a small workout for more strength, stability and joie de vivre.
