bath. No, we don't need swimwear and we don't walk naked through the forest!The meeting point is at the gate/entrance to Freiherr-von-Wintzingerode-Park (Wildpark)!
The offer is aimed at "everyone". Previous knowledge is not required. Duration of the program: 3 hours, seating available, please note: We will partly leave the paved paths and walk on the forest floor. Sturdy footwear is therefore recommended. However, it should be possible to walk and stand safely on the uneven forest floor without aids.
The course will also take place in the rain. Please remember to bring clothing suitable for the weather, a drink and a small snack, as well as mosquito and tick repellent and sun protection! It is better to wear long pants and T-shirts with long sleeves because of the possibility of ticks. If available, please also bring an outdoor seat pad.
