Very close to the Wümberg, where monks of the Berentrop monastery already lived, the vineyard friends cultivated the Regent vine and the Solaris vine. At this beautiful place above Neuenrade the vines enjoy best health and invite to stay and enjoy. A view from the southern slope not only shows the beauty of the Sauerland, but also gives a little idea of the Oechsle of the wine.
The vineyard friends have been taking part in the project "Open Gardens in the Ruhr Arc" for several years. On a Sunday, the vineyard is open to everyone. Here there are many opportunities to have technical discussions with interested visitors about viticulture and, of course, about enjoying the wines.
