The RastOrt entrance to the Kneipp ErlebnisPark and tourist information is the central starting point.
Start at the five Kneipp pillars on the Kneipp Active Trail, which is 6 km long in total. Well marked with the "blue watering can" it leads to ten rest stops - from the Kneipp Park Dr. Grüne in the east along the Ruhr to the Ruhrauen in the west.
