In 2002, the Westenfeld Forest Adventure Trail was inaugurated, which the village community had previously built with a great deal of commitment. There is much more to see at the twelve stations than just information boards: each station is a real experience. For example, there is a tree telephone, a tree guitar and a complete sculpture park including a crocodile swing. There is plenty to discover on the 2.3 km long circular route, and not just for the young hikers. Partially destroyed by hurricane Kyrill in 2007, the trail was lovingly restored and reopened in 2009.
