The law firm BINNEWIES was founded in 1989 as a merger of the practice Pahlke und Partner, founded by Mr. Pahlke, lawyer and notary, in 1955 and the practice Dr. Binnewies, lawyer and notary, founded in 1963, which was mainly active in tax law and tax consulting.
Our company goal is to convince through the special quality of our service. In order to achieve this corporate goal, quality standards were defined in cooperation with DIRO and implemented by us. Through consistent professional training, qualification and specialization we maintain and increase the quality of our work. Due to the proof of continuous professional training, our professionals are entitled to use the certificate "Quality through Continuing Education" of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers. Finally, we want to guarantee and communicate quality to the outside world through the establishment of a quality management system and its successful certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 - in the area of lawyers since 1998 and in the area of tax consulting since 2016. Furthermore, in the area of tax consulting, we also fulfill all requirements for an audited law firm management of the DStV.
