With its exhibition, the association "Attendorn Fire Brigade Museum" would like to contribute to the preservation of old traditional pieces of fire fighting.
The museum, housed in the building of the volunteer fire department, was created on the occasion of the 100th anniversary in 1985. The visitor can expect a wide range of exhibits related to the history of firefighting. In addition to equipment, badges, tools and historic fire engines, the museum offers information on fire fighting and fire prevention. Furthermore, numerous exhibits from all parts of the world are presented.
