Der Spazierweg rund um die idyllische Jubachtalsperre in Kierspe lädt Frischluftfans ein in wunderschöner Natur die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Rundweg führt stets nah am Wasser entlang und bietet zahlreiche schöne Ausblicke über die Talsperre hinweg. Für eine kleine Runde in schöner Natur genau das richtige Ausflugsziel. Zwei Waldsofas entlang der Wegstrecken laden zu einer erholsamen Pause oder einem Sonnebad ein.
Besonderheiten am Wegesrand: entlang des Weges kann man eine Erlebnisschatztruhe und einen Panoramabilderrahmen entdecken.

Directions
From the Herlinghausen-Vollme hiking parking lot, we cross the B54 and follow the road uphill towards the Jubachtalsperre. The asphalt path changes to near-natural ground and we finally reach the Jubachtalsperre at the top. The direction of the circular route is now up to you. Just keep to the path close to the water before you reach the Stamauer again after approx. 45 minutes and can make your way back to the parking lot.
Equipment
Due to the near-natural paths (partly gravel, partly forest and woodland paths), sturdy (hiking) footwear is recommended.
Safety guidelines
After rainy days, the ground of the near-natural paths may be partially softened.
First aid: In an emergency, call the emergency number 112 and quote the rescue point number. Rescue points are marked access points in the forest for rescue vehicles. If the nearest rescue point is not known, your location can be called up directly via AML (Advanced Mobile Location) during the emergency call.

Along the circular trail, two forest sofas await you for a relaxing break by the dam.

Public transit
With the RB 25coming from Cologne or Lüdenscheid, get off at Meinerzhagen station. Change to the bus route 58in the direction of Lüdenscheid, get off at the Vollme-Jubach bus stop.
With the RB 52coming from Hagen or Lüdenscheid, get off at Lüdenscheid-Brügge (Westfalen) station. Change to the bus route 58 in the direction of Kierspe, get off at the Vollme-Jubach bus stop.

How to get there
Coming from the south via the A45, take the Meinerzhagen exit, then drive through the center of Meinerzhagen in the direction of Kierspe. After reaching the exit sign for the town of Kierspe, continue on the B54 before reaching the Vollme district. Turn left here at the crossroads. After crossing the bridge, the hiking parking lot is on the right.
Coming from the north via the A45, take the Lüdenscheid-Süd exit and continue in the direction of Lüdenscheid Zentrum. Continue towards Lüdenscheid-Brügge before turning left towards Kierspe (at the Aral Tankstelle). Continue on the B54, crossing the Halveran district of Oberbrügge before reaching the Kierspe district of Vollme. Turn right at the crossroads. After crossing the bridge, the hiking parking lot is on the right.
