With 30 years of experience, master fish farmer Michael Kaiser supplies his fish. His ponds are fed by fresh water from the Verse River and offer natural conditions for rearing fish. At a water temperature of 8 degrees Celsius, the animals develop slowly and produce firm meat, the quality of which customers appreciate.
