The Kneipp station is fed by a natural stream and invites you to do classic Kneipp water treading. In the midst of peaceful, natural surroundings, the cool water provides an invigorating cool-down for feet and legs. Treading water stimulates the circulation, promotes blood flow and boosts the metabolism. Important: always lift your legs completely out of the water when walking.

Immediately afterwards, there are rest areas where you can take a short break and feel the invigorating effect. The Kneipp treatment can therefore be ideally integrated into a hike.

The Kneipp facility is part of the A2 circular hiking trail, which starts at the Quellental hiking parking lot and leads through the varied landscape around Valbert.
