In the GOURMETBROT SHOP you can expect many specialties from the bakery trade: only the best ingredients from the region and loving craftsmanship ensure consistently high quality. Most of our products are certified according to strict organic criteria and are particularly digestible.
We make our own sourdoughs: rye sourdough, wheat sourdough, wheat starter, poolish, spelt sourdough. This is the only way we know exactly what's in it - and we work without baking mixes or additives. Our particularly good bread can carry the recognized Bioland seal.
Try our specialties: Organic gourmet breads, gourmet baguettes, Christmas stollen specialties, gingerbread, confectionery, Easter pastries, homemade beer and much more. It's worth it!
