Three brothers, a sister, a video conference and a small but familiar occasion: a present for their parents' golden wedding anniversary. But what sounds like an easy task turns into a fast-paced, topical and hilarious confrontation. Because everyone has their own views on what their parents might enjoy. And this also has to do with their own lives. The siblings dissect their childhoods and each other's biographies. And find each other in the end.
This production makes the impossible possible: it transforms a two-dimensional Zoom conference into a three-dimensional theatrical experience full of speed, wit, pointed dialog, sharp-tongued wit and crazy ideas.
The absurd scenes are strung together like a family chat where everyone talks but no one listens. It's about communication breakdowns, absurd misunderstandings and the age-old drama between siblings.
