Youth Jazz Concert NRW

The Jazzclub Lippstadt and the JugendJazzOrchester NRW are celebrating two anniversaries. The world-famous and successful JJO NRW has been around for 50 years and is internationally regarded as one of the leading ensembles of its kind. Many former members of the ensemble are now among the top names in their field, including Frank Chastenier, Caris Hermes, Paul Heller and soul jazz musician Jeff Cascaro, who was invited to perform at the anniversary concert "Decades - 50 years of JJO NRW" at the Stadttheater this evening.





As cultural ambassadors, the young fan-favorite JJO musicians have traveled around the globe, including Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Caribbean. With the support of the Goethe-Institut, there have also been tours to South Korea, Morocco and Central America. Argentina and the USA were recently on the program. So be sure to go! This unique concert is a must-do!
