Healthy and fit in the water: gymnastics in the water is a joint-friendly alternative to strength and endurance training in the sports hall or gym. The optimal use of the physical properties of water and the targeted use of small equipment help to achieve positive and health-oriented training effects. Contents and goals: preventive functional training for the entire muscular and skeletal system, strengthening of the core muscles, compensation of muscular imbalances, prevention of lifestyle diseases, motivation for more physical activity, improvement of resilience in everyday life and at work, enjoyment of exercise. During aqua jogging, intensive interval jogging units also strengthen the cardiovascular system and thus overall physical fitness.
