In this course, you train strength, endurance, balance and coordination at the same time. The deep muscles in the torso in particular are strengthened - ideal for a healthy posture. The calm glide on the water has a stress-reducing effect and the connection with nature and water brings mental balance. You will learn the basic paddling techniques, the basic position and posture, getting on the board (from kneeling to standing), steering and turning and the basic rules of safety in the water and on the board.
