As part of "Sport in the Park", exercise instructor Bärbel Winter Ney invites you to a soothing yoga session in the fresh air. Gentle movements, conscious breathing and flowing exercises promote flexibility, strength and inner balance.
The course is aimed at beginners as well as experienced practitioners - all exercises can be individually adapted. The relaxed atmosphere creates a little break from everyday life that strengthens both body and mind.
