Time: 09.30-10.30 (1st-2nd grade)

- Wear sportswear suitable for the sport.
- Bring a towel and drinks.
- If you have not exercised for a long time, ask your family doctor beforehand.
- A free sports offer for everyone, to try it out or to participate regularly.
- Generally without pre-registration. Please note the information on registration for some courses, as the number of participants is limited.
- You are covered by accident insurance through the KSB HSK while taking part in the course.
