In this course, you will learn how to come back to yourself with gentle exercises at a "strolling pace" and recharge your batteries for the challenges of everyday life.
The offer is aimed at "everyone". No previous experience is required. Duration of the walk: 2 hours, distance: approx. 800 m, slow walking, paved paths in the spa park, seating available.
Meeting point is at the information board at the low ropes course/exercise park!
The course also takes place in the rain. Please remember to bring weather-appropriate clothing, a drink and mosquito/tick/sun protection!
