Enjoy the time with all your senses and find more and more back to yourself! In this session, you will find out what mindfulness means and learn how to use it quickly and easily for yourself (also later in everyday life) - for more joie de vivre, lightness and inner peace.
On our walk through the spa gardens (duration: 60 minutes), after a short theoretical input on mindfulness, we will focus our attention on small practical exercises that can be easily transferred into everyday life.
The offer is aimed at "everyone". No previous knowledge is required.
