Nutrition coach Eva Hennen will give you a brief theoretical introduction to the most important things for a healthy everyday diet, with a practical focus.
We will then prepare meal-prep recipes together.

board (not too small)
sharp knife
dry cloth
1 empty pickle jar / large cherry jar (capacity at least 500 ml)
