In this workshop, we will look at the importance of positive feelings and meaningfulness as important elements for a happy life. It is not about "the one meaning" of life that is valid for everyone, but about finding our own purpose and living according to it. If we succeed in using our strengths to serve a higher purpose, we also give our lives more meaning. The question of what is really important to me should therefore be asked again and again. This not only promotes your self-efficacy, but also increases your resilience - the ability that helps us to survive crises - and your life satisfaction in the long term.
