"People live as if they will never die - and then die without having really lived." (Dalai Lama)
Whether due to a virus or war: death is coming into focus.
Death is still a taboo subject, the most repressed shadowy topic that only loses its sting when it is accepted. In this respect, it is a very important life topic, because in the midst of life we are confronted with many dying processes "Anyone who has not died often enough in life has not lived." It is a journey to oneself, which we long for inwardly, but paradoxically taboo with all the distractions on the outside.
The question is explored as to what the meaning of our existence is. How can I recognize it and align my life accordingly?
