In this lecture, we want to philosophize about how you can grow your own personal happiness and zest for life. Happiness can be learned and is no coincidence. Many scientific studies have confirmed that happy people not only grow older, but are also better able to deal with strokes of fate.
We will present some happiness training methods from happiness research and positive psychology that you can implement in your everyday life. Modern brain research confirms that it is worthwhile to train your happiness and well-being and thus take a big step towards a happy and fulfilled life.
