The tour begins with a film about the work of the Ruhrverband and the history and function of the Henne dam. This is followed by a tour of the hydroelectric power station, the bottom outlet tunnels and the dam's control tunnel system.

The tour is suitable for adults and children aged 10 and over.
Duration of the tour: approx. 2 hours.
Tickets are only available from the Tourist Information Office in Meschede.

The dam tour starts at the Ruhrverband operations building, Am Hennesee 6. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
