The Arnsberg Forest Nature Park, together with trained course instructor Reinhilde Türich, is once again offering "forest bathing" sessions in the countryside. Forest bathing is about immersing yourself with all your senses in the calming atmosphere of the forest. The aim is to find inner peace and recharge your batteries. The positive effects of the forest on people have been scientifically proven. Reinhilde Türich shows the participants mindfulness and breathing exercises and explains how they can find their peace.
During the two-and-a-half-hour tour, the group covers around four kilometers.
