Cinema in the culture barn: The Salt Trail

Moth (Jason Isaacs) and Raynor (Gillian Anderson) are left with nothing: their home, their fortune and Moth's health are gone. With only a rucksack and a small tent, they set off on a courageous journey along the South West Coast Path, England's famous coastal footpath. With no fixed abode, the place where they set up camp becomes their new home. Along the way, they struggle with prejudice, rejection and the constant worry of not having enough money for the next day. But despite all the adversity, they find solace and inspiration in nature and chance encounters.
