Christian yoga combines physical, breathing and relaxation exercises from yoga with a Christian or biblical impulse.
Through guided exercises, participants learn to focus on the present moment and find inner peace. This can help to reduce stress and promote physical and mental well-being.
The exercises take place partly on the floor, partly standing up, but can also be done sitting on a chair. Please bring comfortable clothing. Instead of a participation fee, we would appreciate a donation for the yoga work.
