Singing bells
Squirrel Alma wants to know ...
Singing bells? Isn't that called a jingle bell? Springbok? Flashing bell? Stinksocks? Oh dear, there must be a lot of confusion just before Christmas.
But Alma the squirrel knows what she's heard! She certainly does!
Determined, she sets off on an adventurous search for the singing bell. She meets lots of animals along the way and bravely faces all the challenges. She learns how to skate from a fox, goes sledging with a hedgehog and helps the skunk decorate a Christmas tree.
And so, with the active support of the children and the helpfulness of the forest animals, she finally succeeds in solving the mystery and in the end even becomes a guest at a very special celebration in a very special stable ...
"Charlotte-Maria Brückner (also mezzo-soprano) and Svenja Kohlmann (violin) tell the story with great empathy and understanding for the children's needs. The whole thing is accompanied by Andrea Kramer-Rodermund on the piano." (Bocholt-Borkeer Volksblatt)
