Have you ever looked for shells in the Sauerland?
If you think that's not possible, then let us convince you otherwise.
You can find fossils everywhere in the Sauerland, you just have to take a closer look.
On our little hike, we will go into a rustic woodland where you can still see the traces
of the sea that covered the Sauerland many millions of years ago up close
. We will search for fossils in the middle of the forest. You will learn what to look out for when
searching. Along the way, you will learn a lot about the formation of the Sauerland.
Of course, we will also have time for a picnic.
