We want to take time to awaken our senses on a relaxing walk through nature. Discover what lies within us in a special way. Recognize how connected we are to nature, even today. Find out how this can be useful to us in everyday life.
After a short theoretical input on mindfulness, we want to focus our attention on small practical exercises that can be easily transferred to everyday life.
The offer is aimed at "everyone". No previous knowledge is required. Duration of the walk: 2.5 hours, distance: approx. 2 km, slow walking, paved paths in the spa gardens, toilets and seating available.
Meeting point is at the bee house in the spa gardens / at the pyramid by the pond.
The course will also take place in the event of rain. Please remember to bring weather-appropriate clothing, a drink and mosquito/tick/sun protection.
