The Evingsen eV women's choir is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
To mark the occasion, there will be an anniversary concert on September 19 at 5 pm in the Evingsen church. Performers will include: the YMCA trombone choir, the EviDah choir and
instrumentalists on drums, bass and piano. Admission is free, but donations are welcome. Afterwards, everyone is cordially invited to celebrate in the adjoining parish hall. Food and drink will be provided. Information, photos, newspaper clippings and choir clothing from the past five decades will also be on display.
