Shops in Winterberg’s center are only a 10-minute drive away, and there is a bus stop right in front of the house that makes it easy to reach the local center of Niedersfeld.

• Pets: A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
• Swimming Pools: Some accommodations offer access to a (communal) swimming pool, or a pool may be available nearby.
  
  However, due to energy-saving measures in Germany, swimming pools are currently not heated until further notice.
  
  Saunas, where available, remain operational as usual.
  
  We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Deposit: A €100 deposit is required via a SEPA form, which will be sent to you before your stay and completed at check-in.
  
  This form authorizes us to charge up to €100 in case of damages.
  
  If no charges are applied, the authorization will automatically expire.
• Energy Costs: Energy costs are included in the rental price.
• Additional Costs: Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and detailed in your reservation overview and/or invoice.
• Optional Rentals: Towels, kitchen linens, and children's furniture are available for rent upon request.
