Welcome to our holiday home in Neuastenberg. On the first floor of 'The Bear House' you can completely relax after a day in the snow. The (ski) storage room makes it possible to ski all the way to the front door, after which you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the winter sun on the balcony with a hot cup of tea and a good book. The balcony extends the full length of the apartment and offers beautiful views of the ski resort. Not a fan of winter sports? Even then this holiday home is a wonderful base. Long walks through the hills, secure storage for bicycles and several good restaurants within walking distance. A holiday you will not soon forget!

Accommodation
Newly renovated apartment located directly on the slopes of the Postwiese ski area, with direct access to the Tenne II training ski slope and ski-in connectivity to the entire resort as well as lit ski-path for night skiing. Cozy living room with a large dining table and a pull out sofa. Separate, fully equipped kitchen with full size dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave and full size fridge/freezer combination. Large balcony with access from the living room and bedroom, with views of the slope. Washer and dryer directly in the apartment for added comfort. Bedroom with hotel quality queen size bed and a bunk bed - ideally set up for a family with younger children. Foldable baby crib and high chair available. Private parking and a possibility to store skis and winter sports equipment in a garden shed on-property.
Surroundings
This holiday home is centrally located on the slopes of Neuastenberg, a ten kilometer drive from Winterberg. Across the street you can rent skis and buy a ticket for the lift. The large slope with various descents radiates tranquility and overview; in addition, it is one of the most snow-sure ski areas in the Sauerland. Also in the summer the area around Neuastenberg offers many possibilities. For example, walk to the village center for an ice-cold drink on one of the cozy terraces, or indulge yourself during a round of mountain biking. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails leading into the hills directly from the holiday home.
