Sauerland tourism presents itself at the Caravan Salon

The Caravan Salon is the most important meeting place for the caravanning world and, with over 750 exhibitors, will once again attract more than 180,000 visitors to the exhibition grounds in Düsseldorf this year. So it's no wonder that Sauerland-Tourismus, as the umbrella organization for the region, will not miss the opportunity to be on site in the Rhine city and convince trade fair visitors to visit "Germany's inspiring outdoor region" with its tourist highlights.

"The topic of motorhome and camping tourism is and remains an important pillar of our tourism marketing and continues to be in high demand this year," emphasizes Rouven Soyka, press spokesman for Sauerland Tourism. "In addition, the Rhineland is one of our most important core regions alongside the Ruhrgebiet due to its proximity to the Sauerland, which is why many day trippers and holidaymakers choose to stay here."

On site, the tourism experts present the entire portfolio of tourist attractions, from exciting excursion tips to the five Sauerland-Seen lakes, for example, to varied hiking and cycling trails and cultural highlights such as Burg Altena, the large and small museums and the exciting Sauerland caves. "Hardly any other region in NRW has as much to offer as the Sauerland," explains Jannik Müller, Deputy Managing Director of Sauerland Tourism.

Interested visitors can still find the tourism association in Hall 3 at stand E18 until Sunday.
