The destination of her visit to the Sauerland was the Landgasthof Rüppel in Bestwig-Valme. From there, she set off on several hikes through the region. Whether on the mining hiking trail around Ramsbeck followed by a visit to the Sauerland visitor mine, a tour along the "Geologischer Sprung" theme trail with a stop at the Hiebammenhütte near Brilon or a visit to the Ettelsberg in Willingen - there was never a dull moment.
