The Tree Diversity Trail is an offer for children and young people and conveys the ecological importance of the forest in an impressive way. The trail is a project of the WEPA Foundation in cooperation with Wald und Holz NRW and Was ist Was.

Over a distance of around 4 kilometers, the trail leads through a lively world of different tree species, lush vegetation and diverse animal life. There are over 10 information boards with exciting facts and amazing details about the local flora and fauna to discover. Audio information can be accessed via a QR code and special search missions encourage visitors to explore the forest. The Tree Diversity Trail can be experienced at any time of year.
