The path symbol, the"blue watering can", leads a total of 6.8 km through the Kneipp Experience Park along 10 Kneipp resting places.
The Kneipp Experience Park invites you to experience the five elements of Kneipp up close with all your senses.
Relax at the top of the landscape on the banks of the Ruhr and the Gierskoppbach, called the OlsbergEck.
Enjoy the power of the water at the natural water treading area in the fresh stream.
The ArmBecken at the tourist office and the herb and fruit garden opposite are also well worth a visit.
The garden of life in the Josefsheim or the Ruhrauen allow you to slow down and find your inner balance.

Start at the Olsberg Touristik entrance portal. (RastOrt entrance 01)There you can refresh yourself with a Kneipp treatment at the arm basins for the tour on the Kneipp ActiveTrail.Continue over the "DoppelBrücke" to RastOrt 02 - OlsbergerEck (Inner Balance).At RastOrt 04, Nutrition and Herbs, you will find lots of interesting information about this Kneipp element, as well as some games to encourage you to exercise and relax.Past the "Leap over the water" rest stop, a natural water treading area, the path leads to the Dr. Grüne Kneipp Park.In the beautiful park with its old trees, RastOrt 05, you will find the classic Kneipp facilities and lively water features.The historic park also invites you to relax and linger.Well signposted, with markers along the way, you are guided through the town center to RastOrt 06, the exercise trail with equipment for young and old.Continue on to RastOrt 07, the generation park. This adventure playground right next to AquaOlsberg is well worth a visit.The "Blue Watering Can" now takes you along the young Ruhr to the "Dichten Weide". The route then crosses the bridge, which is currently under construction, to RastOrt 09, the renaturalized Ruhrauen.Pure nature - a wide riverbed in the nature reserve with a natural water treading area make this resting place perfect for lingering and enjoying.Follow the marked path along the main road into Heinrich-Sommer-Straße to RastOrt 10, the Lebensgarten Josefsheim. Here you will find a place of encounter, but also of silence and contemplation.The Kneipp ActiveWalk ends here. (To return to the starting point, walk along the young Ruhr to the tourist office).
The Hagen-Kassel railroad line runs via Olsberg. Olsberg station is easily accessible by public transport.
Olsberg station Bigge can also be reached via the Dortmund-Winterberg railroad line.
From the north: A33 to Wünnenberg-Haaren junction, then via the B480 to Brilon and Olsberg.
From the south: A44 to Marsberg exit, then via the B7 to Olsberg.
From the west: A44 to Werl junction, then A46 to Olsberg.
From the east: A44 to Marsberg, then via the B7 to Olsberg.
Ample and free parking is available directly at the Konzerthalle/Touristik, Ruhrstraße 32, 59939 Olsberg.
