The Belecke Youth Carnival was founded in 1956 as a Catholic youth group. Since then, the Juka '56 has given young people the opportunity to actively participate in Belecke's carnival activities and take part in guards or the Elferrat. One of the highlights every year is the proclamation of the new Juka prince during the traditional parents' evening.
