The "Weidelbacher Weiher" nature park rest area - an idyllic landscape in the Ilse valley - quiet and dreamy. The Weidelbacher Weiher is particularly romantic in late summer, when countless water lilies cover the pond.

Properties:
In addition to the Ilsetal trail and the 1st stage of the Lahnwanderweg trail, the local hiking trail B 2 (11 km) coming from Banfe also leads past the Weidelbacher Weiher pond and invites you to take a long break there. The A 1 (start at the"Indel" hiking parking lot) and the A 4 (start at the"Ilsetal" hiking parking lot) also pass the rest area.
