On the Brenscheid, a new photo spot awaits you—a wooden frame offering a great view of Burg Bilstein and the village. The frame is located directly on an approximately five-kilometer-long circular hiking trail that leads over “die Höh,” past the Schnettmecke spring, and above the “Viehbahn” back to the village. Benches invite you to take a break and relax at this beautiful spot.
Incidentally, from a different angle, you can also spot the Hohe Bracht on the other side of the photo frame along the Hohe Bracht/Buscheid ridge.
