A massive wooden figure depicting the shepherd of Badinghagen stands right next to the so-called Sagenbank. It is a popular photo motif and makes the legendary place a visual experience.

If you follow the Sauerland-Höhenflug trail or the Sauerland-Höhenflug circular trail, you will reach the actual location of the legend after a 20-minute walk. This means that the audio experience can be ideally integrated into a hike.
