The previous church was demolished in 1901. It is equipped with a north and a south vestry. An old keystone was walled up on the arch above the organ loft. It shows the Bredelar monastery coat of arms and, on the right, the abbot's coat of arms of the Cistercians, who exercised jurisdiction in the village for a long time.
