The Seven Virgins are a striking rock formation in the Hönnetal nature reserve. The bizarre limestone cliffs rise up to 80 meters above the landscape and create an impressive natural panorama. Surrounded by dense vegetation and the characteristic narrowness of the valley, a place is created that brings geology and quiet originality to life and invites you to enjoy an atmospheric nature experience.

At the Felsglotze, located directly opposite the Sauerland Forest Route, hikers can also find out about the "true" history of the Seven Maidens' origins.
